Mr Dalat's founder, Duong Quang Phu, is a son of Da Lat — he grew up and went to school in the city of mist. The taste of the highlands stayed with him through his years of working far from home.

From memory to brand
After years in trade and in connecting Vietnamese and Korean businesses, he wanted to share that same taste with friends around the world. Mr Dalat was born — keeping the traditional roast and pairing it with the produce of the highlands.

Countryside specialties
We don't chase volume. Every batch is roasted by hand in a cast-iron pan over a wood fire, stirred constantly for an even roast, then paired with natural honey and Da Lat macadamia.
