A taste of the highlands, roasted by hand over a wood fire.
Small batches, a cast-iron pan, stirred by hand — the way Da Lat has always done it.
A son of Da Lat, bringing the taste of home to the world.
Mr Dalat starts from a simple belief: the best coffee is made by hand, with time and patience. We keep the traditional way of roasting over a wood fire, choose the finest produce of the highlands, and wrap it all into a gift so you can take Da Lat home with you.

Slowly, one batch at a time.
No production line, no rush. Every batch passes through human hands, from green bean to cooling on a bamboo tray.

- 01
Wood fire
The wood fire is lit and kept steady under a heavy cast-iron pan — the best heat keeper for a slow roast.
- 02
Hand stirring
The roaster stays at the fire the whole batch, stirring constantly, listening for the crack and watching the colour to decide the moment.
- 03
Colour
The beans turn from green to yellow, brown and deep brown, releasing the signature aroma of wood-fire roasting.
- 04
Cooling
Fresh out of the pan, the beans are poured onto a bamboo tray and gently tossed to release smoke and cool naturally.
